4. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. Aurfest organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. We recommend securing appropriate travel and personal insurance.

5. Privacy & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes. Festival may use your likeness in marketing materials without compensation.

6. Weather & Cancellation

Events proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control requiring cancellation, refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy.
